For our restaurants at home and abroad, this has meant striking a delicate balance between locally and internationally sourced ingredients in order to provide diners an experience of Thai cuisine at its very best.
Our food philosophy also means diners at our Bangkok branch are afforded the opportunity of sampling some of Thai cuisine’s more uncommon produce, as well as a number of dishes which seek to reacquaint guests with the true and less familiar roots of our gastronomy. These culinary offerings are complemented not only with an eclectic collection of curated wines, but also a menu of herbal beverages and crafted cocktails.
